The Finca Wellnatura is a unique refuge in fantastic nature – completely quiet and yet with the highest comfort. Self-sufficient, sustainable and exclusive: with saltwater pool, sauna, fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, air conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi via Starlink. Large property with fenced area, children's playground and small brick water feature in front of the door - so much luxury and silence are rare in Mallorca. The space On the outskirts of Artà, directly on the nature reserve, this self-contained finca is located on a quiet dead end street on a huge, partially fenced property. Here you can enjoy undisturbed tranquility, Mediterranean vastness and the magic of the Mallorcan landscape. Right at the entrance, a small, brick water feature welcomes you – a quiet place where birds drink and bathe in the morning. With a cup of coffee in hand, you can start the day here in complete serenity and observe nature. Despite the self-sufficient location, you don't have to give up comfort: All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (hot/cold), the entire finca is equipped with floor heating – so it is pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter. The main house offers two en-suite bedrooms: The master bedroom with panoramic views over nature, a flat-screen TV and a tunnel fireplace at the foot end offers pure coziness. It has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. The adjoining bathroom with freestanding bathtub, fireplace, toilet, sink with high-quality carpentry fixtures and spacious, walk-in shower with fantastic views is just great. The second bath en suite also has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The living room convinces with fireplace, flat-screen TV, large dining table for eight people and wide-open panoramic windows that open up to nature. The kitchen is well equipped: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and everything you need for cozy cooking evenings. Outside, several terraces invite you to relax – front with seating area and outdoor kitchen, a covered veranda in the back. A little below is the large saltwater pool, which invites you to cool off on warm days. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available all around. On the same level there is, slightly offset, a children's playground with swing and slide where children can safely romp while the adults relax. The sauna house is available (including sauna towels and initial provision of wood) if this area has been booked separately. The sauna is a wood-fired sauna that boasts some time to get up but then guaranteed great wellness moments with a fantastic view. The separate guesthouse for up to two people has a living-bedroom with small kitchenette and fridge, as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. This area is also locked when booking for up to 4 people. From the 5th person, it will be automatically booked. In the guesthouse there is also air conditioning, underfloor heating, infrared heating and a wood stove. From the finca, paths lead directly into the nature reserve. A path takes you in about 2.5 – 3 hours on foot or 45 minutes by e-bike to a secluded natural beach, which hardly anyone knows – a piece of pristine Mallorca that cannot be reached by car. By car you can reach Artà in a few minutes – with restaurants, cafes, weekly market and shopping. The access to the Finka is easily accessible via a normal road and leads picturesquely through the village. An important note: The Finca is in a secluded nature and has a limited mobile network depending on the provider. Wifi via Starlink is available and suitable for internet telephony. Service & Extra: Bed linen and towels are automatically booked per person and upon your arrival, everything is ready for the number of people left behind and the beds are made. We kindly ask you to bring along beach towels. Cot and high chair are provided free of charge but should be registered before arrival. When the sun sinks behind the hills in the evening, the sky sparkles over Finca Vellnatura into countless stars – without artificial light. A place where you can feel nature, hear the tranquility and experience the luxury of simple beauty. Other things to note For the sauna, a one-time usage fee of €150 will be charged if use is desired. The sauna is heated with wood. The wood is provided once and must then be procured yourself (e.g. Arta gas station). You also have to get the wood for the fireplaces in the house yourself or order it in advance, then the caretaker will bring you the wood and also charge you directly.
