Maresias Flat's unit II is located on the beach of Maresias - São Sebastião - North coast of the State of São Paulo. It was inaugurated in December 2016 and, in December 2020, its renovation and expansion were completed. All furniture and facilities are brand new. It has easy access, is located close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is possible to walk everywhere. All flats have a balcony overlooking the garden, swimming pool and mountains. The space The leisure area has a swimming pool, barbecue area, sand sports court, playground, slackline and bicycle for rent. Guest access Check-in/Check-out Time Check-in – From 2 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Check-out – By 12:00 p.m. *To anticipate check-in time or extend check-out time, a half-day fee is charged. Check price and availability. Pool Hours of use – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shower before entering the pool Do not enter the pool with suntan lotion or sunscreen Glass and food are prohibited in the pool area Children must be accompanied by a guardian Barbecue Grill Hours of use – 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Collective barbecue grill We make reservations if needed Keep clean. Playground Exclusive use for children from 3 to 12 years old Children from 3 to 5 years old accompanied by a guardian Sports Court Hours of use - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Note - Ball games are allowed only inside the court. Other things to note Maresias is much more than its famous beach for surfing: there you will also find waterfalls, hiking trails and lots of adventure in the middle of the Atlantic Forest.
