Staycation in Parañaque The Grace Inn 2BR Condo

The Grace Inn 2BR Condo Unit comes with fully airconditioned rooms and Living area. It has 2 balconies where you can relax and enjoy the pool view. We also have Appliances such as TV, Refrigerator, electric stove, etc. that you can use freely. Our Tv is 50" android tv with free Netflix Access. Our unit has Internet Connection. We also promise that our unit is well cleaned after every used. The space 2 bedrooms Bedroom 1 (Queen bed with single bed pull-out) Bedroom 2 (Semi double bed with single bed pull-out) Note: Small room will be locked if 2-3 pax only. It will be accessible for booking of 4 pax and more. Guest access Guest Access: The following amenities are open to guests without additional fee: - If you book 6pax to our unit we will give you free One (1) Parking Slot at Basement 2 near the unit's elevators. (We will tell you about the specific space thru message) - Lounge areas - Roof Deck, lots of open space at the building's roof deck - Playground - Basketball Court until 6PM, subject to availability. With charge of 200/hour if you're using the court from 6PM to 9PM. Court is closed for use after 9PM. *Located at the ground floor also is Coffee Gus-to where you can dine or take-out your favorite Coffee, Milk tea, Pasta or Cookies. They also have meals that you may enjoy. At Basement 1, there's also a laundry shop and convenience store. *For an additional fee, the following are also open to guests. These are according to the condo policy. Access to Lounge, Lap and Kiddie Pools - open for guests every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except when these days are declared as public holidays. Swimming Fee is Php200 per person per day (you may go back and forth to the pool as you want) kindly register & pay at the concierge (Zebrina Building, Ground Floor) if you plan to use the pools. Cabanas are also open for use subject to a fee of Php200 for 3 hours.
