The space The house is spread across one floor, and has a comfortable living room with a large sofa and seating for 8 guests. Next to the living area is the dining room with a small but comfortable terrace/courtyard. The modern kitchen completes this area. A concrete staircase with an iron handrail gives this room a contemporary touch and leads to the laundry room. The blue and white corridor, reminiscent of typical seaside houses, leads to the sleeping area. Here we can find 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and a bedroom with external bathroom. The rooms are all well furnished with a mix of period and traditional elements, and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. A fourth bedroom can be arranged in the dining room to accommodate up to 8 people. The courtyard also offers a very comfortable outdoor shower and relaxation area.
