The space The Space is New, clean, spacious for a Two Bedroom condo and homey! Guest access Guest have full access to all the entrances, Elevators and stairs within the condominium. Other things to note To our Future Guest, please note that request for early check-in is accommodated only and only if no other guest will be checking out that same day🙂 We do charge 200/ hr for early check in before 12NN ✅To our guest who are traveling with their own personal cars please note that paid parking is the only available parking option in our area. Parking fee is set to 350php for a 24hrs parking slot to be paid onsite. 🛑Also note that Parking is first come first serve, and parking spaces in our area are mostly full on the weekends and holidays please do check-in earlier within your check-in time and not late in the evening to. ✔️SM parking is also an option. 6-10 mins walk from the condo. 👉Construction across the street, please expect construction noise from time to time.
