Dream home w/ Pool + Hot tub + Pool table + AC

This home has 6 bedrooms w/ Lots of space! Amenities include: - The backyard is fully equipped with a gated pool - Hot Tub - BBQ - outdoor lounge area - Full bar - Karaoke machine - Board games - High-speed WiFi Pool/hot tub use is available until 10pm in respect of the noise curfew/safety of our guests. No outdoor use after 10pm. NoiseAware devices installed . ** There are cosmetic cracks to the white tile underneath the pool table (we are aware) ** gate added around pool for guest safety The space Fully private house and outdoor amenities is exclusively yours to enjoy! Main Floor Features: Living room Dining room Kitchen Bar Pool Table Laundry Room Bedroom 1 - Two double beds & 1 full bathroom ensuite. 1 Powder Room Swimming pool (Outdoor) Hot tub (Outdoor) Poolside Bathroom/Change Room (Not Connected to the Main House) Upper Level Amenities : Bedroom 2 - King size bed with private, full master ensuite Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed Bedroom 4 - Double bed Bedroom 5 - 2 Twin beds Bedroom 6 - Bunk bed (Double bottom, Single at the top) Full Bathroom Guest access Enough parking for approximately 3 guest vehicles on driveway. We have personal items stored in the garage at this time, but we will soon open that up and have enough room for 2 more cars. As of current, parking is available on the driveway only. Additional parking available on the residential streets. Other things to note Backyard deck due to age is showing signs of wear and tear please be advised prior to booking. the fireplaces in this are cosmetic only. Please do not book if using a fireplace is a dealbreaker for you. we provide an outdoor firepit to use for guests, but the indoor ones are disabled for safety reasons as they use natural gas. Please not there is NO steam shower in the home just a regular shower. Steam shower meaning a shower that release steam as well like commonly found in steam rooms. No outdoor space use after 10 pm. This includes backyard Patio, Pool and hot tub. If this rule is broken reservation can be cancelled without any refunds given. The backyard is monitored and this is at the request of our Neighbours. Absolutely no parties or events at this home. If an unauthorized event, party, or gathering takes place, the reservation will be immediately cancelled without any refunds. We kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum in respect of the quiet residential neighbourhood and our neighbours. Please no music outside or by the pool. Indoor music is ok with doors and windows shut but please make sure it is not loud and after 10 pm it is turned down so no one outside the home is disturbed. Hot tub is always heated and ready to use, unless undergoing maintenance. Our maintenance and landscapers are at the property exterior twice a week so please be advised they may be on the property from time to time, but this is for guest safety and enjoyment. Exterior of the property is monitored by camera to ensure rules are being followed and guest/home safety. We also use NoiseAware devices inside and outside the home to monitor noise levels. For economic and environmental purposes, pool can be heated for an extra $150/day (minimum 3-nights). Guests must provide 3-days’ notice ahead of the scheduled reservation date, as the pool takes 24-48 hours to heat. Pool is open from May to October due to weather. Please note If there is any extreme weather conditions we may have to close pool for guest safety, this up to the host discretion. Please note there are cracks underneath the the pool table due to the weight of the table on tiles, we are aware of this and eventually will be replaced but if this will bug you during your stay please do not book as we cannot change tiles yet. This is cosmetic and can’t really be felt. We have updated the home and installed a central air conditioning unit. It is run through forced air so please note although it does cool the home, this is a large home and this is a residential unit AC so it may not be as strong as the ones are that are available in the states. The hot water in BC houses is heated through a furnace and into a hot water tank. Please note for big groups if a ton of people shower at the same time, this can deplete the hot water and you will have to wait for it to heat again (approx 30 mins).
