Escape to this 3BR/2BA west-side Enid home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Not brand-new, but clean, comfy, and full of character. Lovingly cared for by just me, my cleaner & maintenance man. My goal is to create a relaxing stay, so reach out anytime! Family & dog-friendly. Kitchen has essentials, easy check-in, close to restaurants, shopping, VAFB & hospitals. If you like small-team care, responsive host, & an older home with extra charm included, welcome! Relax, unwind, and feel at home. The space Built in 1970, this home was completely original when I purchased it! Since then, I’ve updated the appliances, flooring, bathrooms, light fixtures, and more while keeping some of the ‘70s charm, like the original woodwork and popcorn ceilings. Who knows, maybe they’ll come back in style someday 😅 The home is pet-friendly, so while it is professionally cleaned between each stay, it may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. Please take that into consideration when booking. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. Use of the garage and garage door opener are available upon request. Please note there is a replacement fee if the garage opener is lost. Other things to note House quirks/character: This home is older with some ‘70s charm. Character included, perfection not required 😅. Small updates: Appliances, bathrooms, kitchen and main flooring have been updated for comfort. Parking: Driveway fits 2 cars; 2 car garage available on request. Noise/area info: Quiet neighborhood; occasional neighborhood sounds are normal.
