Starting April 14, the Sunrise complex is getting a little upgrade with some balcony construction magic! During this time, you might notice a bit of pounding, dust, and a friendly neighborhood crew on site from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Construction for phases 1 & 2 is underway — while we don’t have a firm end date just yet, we hope this doesn’t affect your stay too much. The views might be on a little hiatus, but everything else is ready to make your stay a great one. Quick heads-up: Trash containers and a storage unit for the project are located on the South Side of the Clubhouse. Please avoid parking in coned-off areas to help keep things running smoothly.
