Guest access Access to everything. We provide only 1 elevator keycard and unit key per booking. Should you wish an extra keycard and unit key we charge 600 pesos. Please inform me at least 3 days before check-in. Other things to note This is a new condo. New owners are doing renovations or interior of their unit. If you are sensitive to those noises within the building, this stay may not be for you. Pool available Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm. Monday is cleaning day. Strictly no smoking inside the unit. Fine of 5,000php if unit will smell of cigarettes for the cost of misting and antibac services. Queen size pull-out bed is not available for 2 guest booking only. Towels: We will provide 1 bath towel per guest (based on booking) per stay. No pool towel provided. If you want extra towel please let me know now so we can arrange with housekeeping. Only 300pesos for 2 towels. Late notification will result to delivery charge of 300 pesos. Please don’t rearrange furniture except for the chair near tv if you want to use it to eat or watch tv. Please don’t touch the shower heater. You can adjust 1,2,3 but don’t touch any hose or the entire equipment. Repair cost if it gets damage will be charge to you.
