A portion of the road does include a dirt road. As you approach the resort you will begin to see markers directing you to our Solar City Glamping. Each suit will have designated parking near your unit. We may also make make room for a trailer and a turn-around upon request. You can come and go on all roads as you please, we just ask you respect the quiet Zen hours which most travels use to Yoga,Tai Chi etc between 7:00am -7:00pm Let’s talk about Property capacity and guest restrictions- Only Glamping guests included in the booking record are allowed on the premises,and violations of this rule will result in the immediate eviction of all visitors without a refund. Therefore, it is important to include the correct number of guests in the reservation, so please update accordingly if that number changes after your initial booking. The number of guests is strictly limited to your booking. This is to help ensure everyone remains safe. All pets must be well trained. Pets are permitted in and on the property. We understand you’re jumping up and down and May forget some things so we have leashes and dog bowls you may use and clean when done for your convenience. But sometime that goes far. No loud music, events, or party’s are permitted. If law enforcement responds to a complaint, every individual on the property may face criminal charges and be subject to a fine. Failure to abide by the Solar City Glamping noise ordinance will result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Under No circumstances- Fireworks, matches, fires, grills, lighters or any similar items are strictly prohibited on the grounds, and guests who violate this rule will be required to vacate the property without a refund and face subsequent fines. To protect other Glampers and our community please respect and read all fire hazards and warnings before visiting. No glass products whatsoever can be broken on the grounds. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc trash are found left , the guest will be charged a litter cleaning fee. If you’re feeling something a bit quicker Deming offers McDonald’s, Wendy’s and more of the American favs. Additional cleaning fees At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be incurred if additional clean-up is required that rises above the standard cleaning process. Damage payments Any damage to property or furnishings will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb. Pass-along fee If a guest violates Airbnb house rules and thereby triggers a refund/discount for the next guest scheduled to visit the property, the offending party will be responsible for any loss of income incurred by the host.
