It is a quiet, family friendly resort style complex with wide open spaces for walking and amenities which include a large pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The beaches, Legoland, premium outlet mall, Costco, Poinsettia train station, and Flower Fields are literally minutes away, Del Mar Races 15 mins away. The space As you walk in, you’ll notice a spacious, light-filled open floor plan. While sipping coffee at the patio set on the balcony, you can enjoy a peekaboo view of the ocean and fresh air. The balcony opens into the living room as well as master bedroom suite. Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms offering privacy and space to unwind and relax. A fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffeemaker, air fryer, microwave, and everything you will need for whipping up a gourmet dinner or a simple meal. A dedicated workspace complete with desk, ergonomic chair, charging stations, clock radio, lamp, personal fan and internet makes it possible for you to keep in touch or work remotely. A shared community laundry room is located a few steps away outside the front door and is free to use. There's a lot to do here Jump on the Coaster and visit downtown San Diego, Embarcadero, world-famous San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Museum, or the USS Midway. Day trips to water parks, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and even Mexico are all within an easy drive from home. *With an open floor design and a natural breeze on the ground floor, the condo is incredibly roomy. *There is no elevator, only a few steps down to the front entrance. The tenant acknowledges that any maintenance or upkeep of amenities provided by the Homeowners Association (HOA), including but not limited to common areas, swimming pools, gyms or the facilities, is beyond the control of the landlord. The landlord shall not be held responsible for any disruption or closure of HOA amenities during the rental period.
