Apartment with unobstructed view

My apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator in a small condominium, in a quiet and commercial area (Didot). Crossing and bright, it lets the air pass in summer. There is no direct view, which is rare in Paris. In winter, the central heating makes it possible to be well heated. I provide the living room equipped with a queen size bed, sofa and TV, as well as an independent kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
