Tucked away in the shade of the pedestrian zone, this traditional Mediterranean style villa decorated primarily to provide a pleasant stay to which guests will return. Your hosts will be at your service, while at the same time far enough away not to disturb your comfort and privacy with their presence. The space The oldest house in idyllic village of Njivice - Mediterranean-style stone Villa WERONA, hosts in 2 apartments, while the third is currently under preparation: - Apartment MILICA, 59 sq.m. in total, is located on the 1st floor. Can accommodate max 5 people, but up to 4 is optimal. It has a living room with a pull-out sofa and armchair (can sleep 2+1 people), dining table and kitchen, one bedroom with one 160x200cm bed (2 people), one bathroom with shower and a large terrace (12 sq.m.) with a phenomenal view to the yard, the sea and the city of Herceg Novi. - Apartment SOFIJA, 59 sq.m. in total, is located on the 2nd floor. Can accommodate 4 people. It has one living room with sitting area, dining table and kitchen, two separated bedrooms with one 160x200cm bed (2 persons) each, one bathroom with shower and a large terrace (17 sq.m.) with a stunning view of the yard, the sea and the city of Herceg Novi. - Ground floor apartment Danka with access to the yard is currently under construction and in preparation for the next summer season. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, air conditioners, and were renovated in February 2023. Guest access Apartment MILICA, 59sqm in total and located on the 1st floor, can accommodate 5 people, but 4 people is optimum. It has a living room with a pull-out sofa (2 persons) and armchair (1 person), dining table and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with one 160x200cm bed (2 persons), one bathroom with shower and a large terrace (12sqm) with a stunning view to the yard, the sea and the city of Herceg Novi. Renovated in February 2023. Other things to note Villa WERONA is located in the quiet seaside village of Njivice, in the Bay of Kotor. It is about 80m away from the street and about 50 steps (50m) or 1 minute from the shore, both ways connected with a shady path. In the immediate neighbourhood, next to private villas, there is the Hotel Iberostar Herceg Novi **** with one of the most beautiful beaches on the Montenegrin coast. For a regular fee, the hotel offers the option of spending the day at the hotel beach with access to the hotel restaurant and other facilities. Except by car, the beautiful beaches of the Montenegrin coast (Žanjice, Mirišta, Oblatno, Plavi Horizonti...) can be reached by passenger boats that daily transfer to and from the hotel beach. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 200m from the villa, and some 2km away there is a hypermarket and a gas station. If you want to go out in the evening, across the bay, some 4-5km away are Igalo and Herceg Novi with a plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs. A minibus runs 5 times a day on the route Njivice-Herceg Novi, the first at 7 a.m., the last at 7 p.m. Ćilipi airport (Dubrovnik, Croatia) is 25 km from the villa, and Tivat airport is 17 km away.
