Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the property, including the pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ area with gas grill, wood-burning stove, green areas, private parking and all available common areas. The home is fully equipped for you to enjoy a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay. Other things to note ➤ The maximum capacity for overnight stays is sixteen (15) people. Access is allowed for up to four (4) additional people in "day pass" mode (from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm) with an additional charge of $40,000 COP ($10 USD) per person. • To ensure an atmosphere of rest and tranquility, it is not allowed to play loud music or bring sound equipment with vallenato singers or other genres that may alter the calm of the condominium.
