The greenhouse is a hidden gem located in a quiet residential neighborhood in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. This is a newly renovated basement apartment with a private entrance and outdoor space. It comes fully furnished with upgraded appliances and decor. In addition, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke & carbon monoxide detectors are in the unit. In the outdoor space, guests will be able to enjoy an eating area. Other things to note Note: A temporary lease MUST be signed in advance of stay & every 28 days thereafter. This is non-negotiable. In the event the lease agreement is not signed on the 28th day, you will be asked to leave on the 29th day and refunded the balance of your stay.
