If you're heading to Manchester for an event, you couldn't ask for a better location. A stone's throw from Old Trafford football and cricket grounds, Victoria Warehouse, Media City/Salford Quays. A short journey to town centre and Chorlton. Comfortable kingsize bed, shared bathroom, lounge and dining area. The space Double room in bright, spacious semi-detached victorian house, in quiet street (except when there is a football match). Guest access Shared bathroom with shower and bath on first floor. You're also welcome to sit in the lounge, and breakfast room on the ground floor (and the garden weather permitting). Kitchen use: Most guests don't tend to use the kitchen, but there is a kettle, microwave and toaster there if you want to make snacks/hot drinks. Ask me if you need help with anything. During your stay I work from home in the downstairs dining room, so am likely to be around during daytimes in the week. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have during your stay. Other things to note Parking on the street is permit only. I can provide daily parking passes at a small extra cost ie a LOT cheaper than a public car park would be. Just let me know in advance if you will require permits. Please let me know what time you're planning to arrive. Where possible, I'm happy to be flexible around check in/out times - an hour either way from the listed check in window. (Sometimes this isn't possible if I have another guest leaving/arriving the same day). If you are arriving in Manchester early morning and would like to check into the room or drop bags please let me know in advance to see if I can accommodate. No extra charge for bag drops, but if you want to check in to the room it's an extra £25.
