Please note there will be no carpet on the stairs from Sunday 23rd - Wednesday 26th August. A new one will be fitted on Thursday 27th 2026. The room has a small double bed, plug sockets, high speed Wifi, wardrobe, table and chair. In the bathroom, shared with one other, there is a rain shower. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and dishwasher and a selection of cereals. You may use the outside area. There are pubs and countryside walks. The space A quiet home, in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Hartshill is on the outskirts of Nuneaton and is five minutes walk from Hartshill Hayes Country Park. Dobbies garden centre is a short drive away, great cooked breakfasts, cakes, coffees and full meals. There are several local pubs to visit. The Malt Shovel does a mean steak - it is very popular and booking is advised. I can recommend good Chinese and Indian takeaways, which deliver. I have put a maximum of 4 days stay, Monday to Thursday, although I may be able to accommodate short term or weekend stays. Just ask and I will see if I can sort something out. You are welcome to use the outside spaces. There is a table in your room, which serves as your private dining table. Given the rising cost of bills, could I respectfully ask that you are mindful of the amount of water you use and electricity consumption.
