The large vegetable garden behind the house is surrounded by an electric fence and is not accessible to guests. **Please note that during growing season, our neighbor and caretaker, John comes occasionally to tend the garden for an hour or so. He is informed of guest stays and respects their privacy. Guest access Guest access to 1st and 2nd floors of house and outside yard area. White shed has 2 bicycles for use. Guests have to supply their own helmets. No access to: -basement of house -locked closet in upstairs Bedroom 5 -garage -garden in the back field, which is surrounded by an electrified fence Other things to note The house sleeps 10 guests, 6-8 most comfortably. •Full stocked kitchen; espresso machine, Keurig and organic coffee K-cups, tea kettle, tea, toaster, blender, air fryer; condiments. •You are minutes away from local fresh eggs, breads and pastries down the road. •Sans Air Purifier on 1st floor with medical grade HEPA 13 filter. •Handy cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner for quick cleanups. •Beach blanket, beach towels, 30 quart cooler, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys. At night in the country, you might hear hoot owls, tree frogs, whippoorwills (bird), fox (scream-like calls) or coyotes.
