Gorgeous newly built cottage completed in Fall 2020, on Lake Rosseau with stunning open-lake vistas and spacious pristine interiors to create the perfect luxury family getaway! The space KING'S LANDING AREA King's Landing's is situated on South Lake Rosseau, just a 2.4 km walk into the town of Port Carling or a 20-minute drive to Bracebridge for shopping, dining and farmer's markets! For the golf enthusiasts, there are multiple courses within a 15-minute drive or boat ride to choose from! PROPERTY KING'S LANDING welcomes you from a circular drive at the top of the property, with a second driveway which leads around the east side of the property giving even easier access to the lower level of the cottage and the lake. The cottage sits only 25’ from the water, with only a gradual walk to the water’s edge. The lower level walk-out includes a mudroom, walk-in hot-tub, barbeque, and two sitting areas with Muskoka chairs. Make your way with a gradual walk to the waterfront via a stone walkway. Only a few steps takes you to the level yard area with a large sectional seating space, and a few additional steps to the waterside granite patio with in ground firepit and seating for 6. The walkway leads you further down to the dock where there are another 5 Muskoka chairs, 3 loungers, an umbrella, and enough space to dock 3 boats. Here you will find deep water off the eastern dock (6-8’) and shallow, 1- 2' of sandy water off western dock. The best of both worlds! INTERIOR MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN An entertainer's dream kitchen includes top of the line appliances (2 dishwashers), centre island with bar stool seating for 4, large pantry and an adjoining bar with high capacity ice maker and wine fridge. On the other side of the pantry is a large laundry and powder room. DINING ROOM Open concept dining area with large wooden table with seating for 10. GREAT ROOM The main level boasts a fresh and bright Great Room filled with natural light from the large windows with an unhindered view of the lake, a stone wood-burning fireplace, walk-out access, and a large sectional sofa and 2 club chairs. GAMES ROOM Off to the east side of the kitchen is the Games Room with comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, and plenty of board games to enjoy. MUSKOKA ROOM From the Games Room, there are double doors leading outside to the Muskoka Room, with seating for 8, a stone, gas-fireplace and powered, rolldown screens. UPPER LEVEL The upper level includes 4 additional guest bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. LOWER LEVEL REC ROOM The lower-level Rec-Room is truly a dream with 9 ' ceilings, walk-out access, and large windows providing ample natural light. This is a perfect area for hanging out on the large sectional, and features a screen and projector, ping-pong table, 2 bedrooms, a 3-piece bathroom and dedicated Poker/Card table. GYM Adjacent to the Rec Room is a separate gym, complete with Hex Dumbells, Smith Machine, Peleton Bike and TRX. Gym also has rubber flooring and full wall mirror, perfect for yoga.
