Barral has retained all the features of an 18th century home, spacious rooms, high ceilings and authentic decorations. The peaceful and serene setting invites you to relax in this unique peaceful retreat. The space Although there was a restoration in the 19th century, the castle has gone through the ages. As a result, the whole thing still looks good, but Barral now needs a new restoration and an upgrade. Today we deliver the whole thing to you in its original state. You won't find luxurious bathrooms or a modern and functional kitchen, not even Wi-Fi. On the other hand, you will be able to live in the authenticity of a life of a squire of the end of the 19th century. By staying in Barral, you will participate in the restoration of the castle and you will enjoy, in addition to the building, a beautiful park that has a 63-meter-long swimming pool, fed by natural spring water inviting rest and serenity, without any traffic noise or pollution, only the nature that surrounds the property with its greenery and remarkable trees. On the ground floor, after the entrance, you enter the vestibule and the grand staircase where you immediately feel a sense of well-being. On your right, a small dining room with its huge fireplace, followed by a kitchen that breathes authenticity where you will find everything you need to prepare the meal. On the left, under the stairs, is the red living room bathed in light, where you will find the only television in the property. But above all, the bay windows invite you to enjoy the outdoors. Opposite the entrance, a large dining room is located to the left of this dining room, another living room where conversation certainly has its place. The room is also conducive to reading. Taking the main staircase between the two floors, you will find the toilets (WC) located in one of the towers. On the first floor, at the back right, is the owners' room. You immediately feel transported to another era, the charm of this room is matched only by its authenticity. In a row, there is a small room that can accommodate a crib. To the left of the staircase, there is a large vestibule or portrait room, with a double door at each corner. On the right, a large hallway that leads to the laundry room and a small bathroom. Still on the right, at the very end, is the yellow room which retains its period atmosphere with its two double beds. On the left, a large bathroom in its original state, but where you can enjoy a large new shower cabin, as well as the large blue bedroom, also with its two large double beds, including one of 120 cm. At the bottom, on the left, there are two bedrooms, one of which is currently closed for restoration. The first bedroom, called the white bedroom, has already benefited from a more recent restoration and offers you a double bed and a single bed. Finally, on the top floor, there are two bedrooms, one more modern and attic, with a large 160 cm bed, and another more modest, with a double bed and a single bed. Welcome to Château de Barral.
