The apartment is located at the entrance of the Unesco Biosphere Park Großes Walsertal - which is characterized by its unique nature, gentle tourism and its idyllic mountains. Ideal starting point for summer and winter hikes, ski tours, mountain bike tours in largely untouched nature. In winter, you will find well-groomed slopes in the nearby family ski resorts. Excursions to neighboring Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Lindau are always an experience. The space The spacious apartment (80 m²) is characterized by its quiet location, stylish furnishings and the magnificent view of the mountains of the Rätikon. The apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe. It is on two floors: a fully equipped kitchen-living room on the first floor with direct access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs is a small bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. If necessary, an extra single bed can be provided in the bedroom. The sofa bed on the mezzanine floor offers an additional sleeping space for two children. Due to the layout, the apartment is ideal for two adults and two to three children. Guest access From the kitchen-living room there is direct access to the terrace and garden, which can be shared. If necessary, the laundry room can be used as a drying room. The washing machine can be used (for a fee). Other things to note Within a five-minute walk is the village center with a grocery store, restaurant, bar and church.
