We operate without a front desk, but we are just a phone call away if you need assistance. Our flexible check-in/out process is managed through the Goki smartlock system for your convenience. Guest access You are welcome to use all common areas, but please do so with respect for others. We have only one entrance door for access, which requires a PIN code. Please use only your assigned PIN to enter. For security reasons, do not let strangers in as all guests staying with us have their own PIN. You are responsible for any consequences if this rule is not followed. Guests are welcome to visit you from 10 AM to 9 PM. After this time, all visitors must leave the hostel. Other things to note Our hostel is located in a spacious, older house that has been converted into accommodation. Please be aware that due to the age of the building, thin walls and some areas with creaky floors are to be expected. Earplugs are recommended for a more comfortable stay. We clean the common areas once a day, but there is no room service. For any special requests (e.g., extra towels), please contact us at least 1 day in advance to avoid disappointment, as there are no staff living on-site. In the event that staff is required to be called out to the hostel, a fee of $25 per hour will apply. This fee will be charged when there is no fault from our hostel, but you require in-person assistance. If this situation is not acceptable to you, we kindly ask that you reconsider your booking to avoid disappointment. All services are subject to availability.
