Swimming pool is protected by a babyguard. 500 Gallons emergency water tank with a pump connected to the house to supply water in case of water shortage. The House is equipped with a diesel powered generator to supply the entire house including the swimming pool in the event of a power failure by the electric company (LUMA). Guest access Guest have access to the swimming pool and free parking space that can accommodate several vehicles. The house is located in approximate 2 acres land. Other things to note No smoking is allowed including vaping, No private party’s . Property is exclusive for the use of guest only and no more than 7 person are allowed to stay. Property is for leisure. Swimming pool rules , no horseplay, no jumping or diving. No music after 10:00 pm. Pets can’t be on beds or scratching doors, furniture or walls.
