A closed courtyard, with a table for your outdoor meals and a sunny terrace. . Parking nearby, in the village square in front of the house. For your comfort, a cleaning fee is in place. We make every effort to ensure you have the best possible stay, and we are at your disposal if necessary. Guest access We will welcome you upon arrival (key handover and rental details). The house and secure garden will be accessible to guests except the technical room as well as the outbuilding. Parking is available just in front of the house. It is also possible to park bicycles or a tandem safely in the courtyard. Other things to note . Bed linen and tea towels will be provided. . The beds will be made on arrival. RULES: . Maison Theresia is a completely non-smoking house. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the house. If we discover evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least 300 EUR. . No animals allowed. . Parties and evening gatherings are not allowed. Discretion required from 9 p.m. Access allowed only to the people included in the reservation. Please note that late check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an extra charge of 20 EUR.
