A small campground sits on the west side of the property. A small yet fully functional marina sits in the middle. It is the gemstone of the resort. Rustic Luxe vacation houses are lined up along the lane on the east side of the property. Four houses have been renovated and are ready for guests. The houses include lots of comforts and splurges. A modern stainless kitchen. A great room with two gigantic picture windows facing the lake. Fancy large bathroom with a Custom walk in shower. A handy half bath. Outside, wood is provided for the fire pit. Fixings for s’mores are in a basket on top of the fridge. At the docks you’ll find kayaks, an inflatable dinghy, paddles and life vests. No life guard is on duty, so be careful around the water. Beach towels are in a satchel in the porch and in the linen closet in the hg bathroom. Bicycles are in a rack by the front building, which will be the store/office when all of the renovations are completed. Help yourself to paddle up to the museum and playground at the old school in Gay. It’s a wonderful place to get out and explore, as well as to kick back and do nothing. 😎
