My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space A furnished one bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor corner only a 3 min walk to the U District light rail station and 10 minute walk away from the University of Washington. It is located near 42nd St NE and 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joe's, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. $20 perday parking in our own lot if there is a available space. * A full private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. *Furniture includes a queen bed and a twin bed and foldable futon sofa coffee table, desks, book case, desks comforter and duvet, pillow and pillow case, night stand and lamp, towels and soap are provided, *Free WiFI internet access with good speed. *coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on site. Guest access Coin operated laundry room with coin operated new washers and dryers, WIFI, polite managers and all of the excitement and convenience in U District. Off street parking is $20 per day or $180 per month in low season or $200 in summer (May 1 to Sept 30). Other things to note It is on the 2nd floor corner unit, there is no elevator. It is away from 11th Ave so you barely hear car sound, but there are recycling and garbage truck a few times a week in the morning. It is shared wifi with only a couple neighboring units so the speed is quite good. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. Crib is available upon upon request. Parking in our lot is $20 per day if you're interested in a monthly pass $200 per month, please contact me, it is first come first serve. The maximum # of guests is four, but the base rent is based on one guest, each additional guest will be extra per person per night with advanced notice or double without advanced notice. kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest. The cleaning fee is only for washing the linens, making bed, vac and general dusting with no more than 2 hours. We pay for your water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months.
