At ground floor level, guests will find a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen, together with a conveniently located bathroom. Large openings from the kitchen and dining area lead directly to the private outdoor swimming pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring a private swimming pool, shaded dining area for al fresco meals, BBQ facilities, sun loungers and outdoor seating – perfect for enjoying long sunny days and warm Mediterranean evenings. A stunning curved stone staircase, a beautiful architectural feature of the house, leads to the first floor where three comfortable bedrooms are located. These include two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with private en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms open onto a large sunny terrace overlooking the pool area, while the third bedroom enjoys its own private terrace overlooking the charming street below. For maximum comfort, all bedrooms include air-conditioning (cooling and heating), ceiling fans and en-suite facilities. Air-conditioning is included in the price. Each bedroom can also easily accommodate a baby cot if required. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. All beds are prepared with fresh quality bed linen, and extra blankets are provided. Each guest receives three large bath towels, three medium towels, three face cloths and two pool towels for added comfort during their stay. For stays of 10 nights or longer, guests will enjoy complimentary weekly housekeeping service, including fresh bed linen and towel replacement.
