Nice pathway to the dock. Please note: Due to fluctuating water levels, the dock is only available for guests between Apr and mid Oct The space Close drive to downtown Winchester, local restaurants and shopping. 5 minute boat ride from house to twin Creeks Marina. Each of the 3 master suites have a private full bathroom. Large private lot on the lake with large hardwoods. Private floating dock available during season. The home was completely remodeled in 2023! Guest access Entire Home Access Other things to note 5 minute drive to downtown Winchester. 2 paddle boards are available for use when water levels are adequate.
