We are repurposing an old school built in 1947. Our home is your home, however we share it with our two cats as well as the possibility of other quests. We are only 3 miles from the Winfield City Lake and -0 miles north of town. Less than an hour from Wichita. Quiet, beautiful country location with access to full house amenities. Entire home with exception of garage, closets and office. Signs will be posted. We can be as available as needed. Rural area 10 miles north of Winfield. One neighbor across the road with goats and chickens. The chickens often come visit and eat in our yard. There is also a Methodist church across the highway south. You will need to provide your own transportation. We have two sweet kitty’s however they may hide from strangers. Neither like being picked up but may ask for pets.
