This is a very nice, chic and relaxing space. Is design to be an studio apartment outside our home. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, HVAC/heat system etc. We are close to all major highways 495, 95, 295. 10 minutes from the University of Maryland and 15 minutes to Six Flags and about 30 to Washington DC.. Our neighborhood is very nice, walkable with parks all around us! Super safe! We have an acre of land so feel free to go for a walk in our backyard! Hope to host you soon! This is an independent space so you will have your own entrance and you can self check in. The space has a full bathroom, a kitchen with essentials, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc. You can cook your meals here! a queen size bed with beautiful night stands and dresser, each side of the bed has lamps with USB adapter for easy phone charging. You will also find a table with 2 chairs that are convenient if you are working remotely for the use of your computer, paperwork or just enjoying a meal... The TV has a Xfinity cable app and is a smart tv so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc accounts. (Please logout prior to checking out) It has its own AC/heating split unit that you will be able to control yourself. You will get 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. We have hand sanitizer in the Studio as well as disinfectant wipes and other cleaning supplies. You will need to bring shampoo and body soup. We provide hand liquid soap. After every visit we disinfect the place meticulously. To provide you with the safes and cleanest environment as possible. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood. This is the perfect place to be when you come visit the city, you will have everything close to you except the commotion of traffic. We have a beautiful backyard with lots of nature, it’s calming and relaxing. Also I would like to let you know that even though you have your own place here. It is located by the backyard and there is always a possibility that we will be doing yard work, getting things from the shed, cookouts etc so you may or may not hear us outside. If that doesn’t bother you then welcome! You have full access to the studio apartment. You can feel free to go for a walk In the backyard and joint is if we are grilling out. Only one parking space is available however a block down there is plenty of the street parking. You can feel free to call me or text me if you need me. I’m only few feet away. You can self check in. We are close to Washington DC (30min), Parks, the University of Maryland, all major highways, 25 min from Arundel Mills, near shopping, bars and restaurants and 15 min from six flags if you are up for an adventure. You can get around by car, bike, motorcycle, walk, you name it! There is a bus stop about 3 blocks away from here. The house is very easy to find so Uber drivers will have no problem locating the place as well as delivery drivers. We have indoor cats away from the rental studio. Sometimes they go for a walk in the backyard so you may see them. They are friendly. Keep in mind that even though you have your own place here. It is located by the backyard and there is always a possibility that we will be doing yard work, getting things from the shed, cookouts or the kids just playing so you may or may not hear us outside.
