Stop dreaming and come experience Lac-Beauport in our cottage with dock directly on Lac Beauport. You can create your memories with water sports, mountain biking, golf, snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, the forest and much more. All this 15 minutes from downtown Quebec City. The space 2-story house and a fully equipped garden level to accommodate up to 6 guests. The large, well-equipped backyard allows you to BBQ and enjoy the lake to the fullest. The large patio with a great view of the lake, allows you to admire the sunset. The large living room with candlelit fireplace offers views of the lake from different angles. The 2 bedrooms with the bathroom upstairs accommodate a family of 4 to live comfortably. The large bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor allow a couple or a teenager to make their nest there. The kitchen and the dining room are equipped to accommodate 8 people. Guest access Parking for 3 cars available in the entrance. A Tesla electric charging station is available. Additional spaces available upon request. Other things to note At the dock is our boat. Note that our family can use the dock to get to the boat using the easement as well as the dock to get there. For snowmobiles or other equipment, a heated garage and trailer service is available upon request. You have access to the shed and storage according to your needs.
