Self check-in (lockbox) 100Mbps Wi-Fi Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the property (including vaping). Guests are not allowed to engage in illegal activities/drug use during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay.During the stay, the tenant is the actual financial manager of the house.All safety incidents that occur in the house are the responsibility of the guest and not the host.Including but not limited to throwing objects from high altitudes, improper use of water and electricity, falling in the house, and causing personal injury to guests and cohabitants, the host is not responsible.
