DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.s KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Chester. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one bathroom on the property which is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink located at the back of the kitchen. PARKING: The property benefits from having a small free parking space directly outside the house however this can sometimes be taken. The house also benefits from a Car Park directly outside which is only £3 per day Monday - Saturday should you need to park more than one car. (PLEASE NOTE: we will not take any responsibility for guests that get tickets because of not displaying these permits correctly). Other things to note HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Stays Over 10 Nights Additional housekeeping is required and is subject to an extra fee. If payment is not made, the booking will be shortened to a maximum of 10 nights only. *Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. *Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
