Elegant house in the Heart of Dothan

Whether you are in Dothan for work or visiting, we hope you will enjoy your accommodation in our comfortable spacious house! You will find an open living area, well equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and three bedrooms with comfortable king and queen size beds. The house also has high speed internet and two Smart Roku TVs for your work or entertainment. Please, remember, we can host max 6 guests. No visitors allowed. No family meetings or gatherings. The space Our house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, excellent for walking. It is only 10 min/4 miles to Southeast Health, 8 min/3 miles to Flowers Hospital, 13 min/6 miles to Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, and 21 miles to Farley Nuclear Plant. Westgate Park walking/biking trail is only 5 minutes away and the Dothan Country Club is within walking distance. You will find a very wide variety of restaurants and shops in the area. Dothan is famous for our peanut statues; you will find 10-15 of them very close by. Our house is completely renovated and has beautiful furnishings. The modern bathrooms have marble top vanities and Luxury Shower System with 10” Rain shower head and hand shower. We provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware you can use for making meals. There is a coffee maker and tea kettle. Complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, sweetener, variety of teas, light snacks and bottles of water are provided. After a long day you can relax and watch your favorite show or movie on two 55” Smart Roku TV’s. The master bedroom has a king size bed with hybrid mattress. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds with new technology hybrid mattresses for cool and comfortable nights. You will enjoy sleeping on luxurious Hotel Premier Collection 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. The master bedroom has bunk beds for kids and teens. You can park your car in the front parking area or in the back driveway near the garage. There is limited access to the garage for walk through only to get to the backyard. There are two exterior cameras that monitor the main and the back entrance of the home for the guest’s safety and protection as well as the protection of the house. We respect our fantastic neighbors, so there is a strict no party policy. If you are looking for a place to have a lively party or family gathering, this house may not be the best fit.
