The space Discover the alluring Archontiko, a two-story building within Alkis Farm and Residence. Combining traditional charm and contemporary comforts, this 90 square meters haven accommodates 4 guests. In the ground floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook your own meals in comfort, a cozy dining area with a sofa bed for a fifth guest upon request, and a bathroom with a shower. Ascend to the first floor to find a welcoming living room, where you can relax and unwind, and 2 excellent bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom provides 2 single beds, perfect for friends or family members. Our accommodation offers a spacious shared pool while the adjacent dining area creates an excellent shared space for socializing. Prioritizing eco-friendliness, adjustable ceiling fans replace air conditioning, taking advantage of the natural cool climate of the area, due its elevation. TVs are not included by default, but are available to our guests upon request. Guest access The residence is exclusively for guests. The property has a shared pool for the 3 residences. Other things to note * Cleaning and towel and bed linen is provided every 4 days. * Pets are welcome. * Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 300.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein. The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property. * Breakfast is offered from May 15 to October 15, upon extra charge.
