The space We are situated on a quiet family street with close neighbours. If you plan on late night noise, this is not the place for you. Our light & bright duplex home has been carefully renovated & furnished to best utilise the space and accomodate a family or group of 5 perfectly. The Gourmet kitchen isn fully equipped for all your cooking delights. The kitchen island seats 5 comfortably for meals. Lounge area has a super comfy large sofa with reclining components, a fold out large Smart TV for perfect viewing. Log into apps with your own accounts. Fast WIFI throughout. Bifold doors along with a fly screen, allows you to extend the home and allow the 'outside in'. The beautiful large outdoor entertainment area comes complete with plenty of outdoor sofas and huge dining table. Brand new bedrooms with built in wardrobes and drawers, brand new mattresses for a restful night, black out blinds, full linen and towels provided. We have a Queen bedroom to the north and a double room with a King Single to the South. Plenty big enough for 5 adults or a family. A powerful AC unit cools or heats the house, with additional powerful ceiling fans in the bedrooms. GARAGE - the garage is for you to use for your car. Parking also out on the front grass verge and street. A short walk through the delightful neighbourhood brings you to a play park, basketball and tennis courts. Free of charge. From here you take the beach track for 2 mins. Alternatively you can drive 1 minute to the beach entrance at South Golden, where you will find facilities such as toilets, shower, BBQ carpark, skate park and playground .
