It offers all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and fun vacation, just a short walk from the sea. This loft of about 40 square meters has been recently renovated. One of its strengths is its central location, which allows you to easily reach the attractions, bars and restaurants of the coastal area of Sperlonga. The exact address is Via Roma, no. 630. The Lido Belvedere beach resort, included in the price of the stay, is about 400 meters away. At your disposal you will always find an umbrella and two sun loungers for your days at the beach. At the entrance to the house, you will be welcomed by a pleasant and carefully furnished environment. On the right you will find a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, with a table in front. There is also a sofa bed in the same room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, including dishes, glasses, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Continuing, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and accessories, as well as a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The house can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people and is equipped with air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter. In addition, there is a play area for the little ones.
