The space This lovely and spacious three-bedroom home is located in beautiful Fredericton, just 7 minutes from downtown or the Fredericton International Airport! Nestled near the river in a quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect place to rest and recharge. Built to fit a whole family, and don't forget about your furry friends, because this house is pet-friendly. Just steps away from the enchanting Trans-Canada Trail system and the majestic St. John River, it offers a haven for nature lovers. The Space: Bedrooms: 2 comfortable bedrooms each equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, plush bedding, ample storage space, and a calming ambiance to ensure a good night's sleep. 1 additional bedroom with a double-size bed, perfect for additional guests or children. Living Room: A bright and inviting living area with two leather couches, cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and stylish decor that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen: A well-appointed and newly renovated kitchen featuring modern appliances, cookware, and utensils - everything you’ll need for your stay minus the groceries wink. Washer and dryer included at no extra charge. Dining Area: A charming dining space where you can enjoy your meals with family or friends. Bathroom: A clean and well-maintained bathroom with fresh towels, toiletries, and a relaxing shower. Outdoor Space: A lovely side porch with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. The outdoor area also offers seating where you can unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the evening breeze. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire space on Side B of the duplex, which is completely private and separate from the other unit. You will have your own entrance, your own driveway, and full use of all indoor and outdoor areas on your side of the property. We’re committed to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we’re always available if you need anything. Other things to note Other Details to Note This rental is located in a quiet family community and is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. We are pet-friendly (a pet fee applies to each reservation). A cot is available for additional sleeping space for $25 (setup included). The sauna on the property can be rented through Airbnb. A Tesla charger is available by request. We will provide instructions and let you know which charger to use on Driveway A (the other side of the house).
