The space An Overview of the Villa I Villa Arianna is a contemporary and idyllic retreat of 150m2, radiating a stylish and bright ambiance that instantly captivates its guests. Interiors l Bedrooms & Bathrooms The villa boasts four spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, providing ample accommodation for guests. Τhe first bedroom located on the ground floor, as well as there is also the first bathroom, conveniently accessible for guests staying on this level. On the first floor, you will find the other three bedrooms, along with another bathroom. With its configuration, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in real beds. This means that each guest will have a dedicated sleeping space, ensuring their privacy and comfort during their stay. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to provide a pleasant indoor climate. Rudiments l The property is fully equipped with l kitchen, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Iron Board, Hair dryer, Nespresso & Filter coffee machine, Electric stove with oven, Refrigerator with freezer, Baby Cot(upon request). There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 4 cars & additional space outdoors. Guest access Guests have exclusive full access to the Interior and Exterior of the villa. The basement apartment (autonomous separate apartment) of the villa is occupied by its owners, who only use it for sleep as they run a large restaurant business(Pandesia) in Kalamaki. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy means: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 15:30pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
