The Banner Elk/Sugar Mountain area has unique shopping opportunities available with many handcrafted items. Winter guests, be aware of road conditions & that 4-wheel drive or chains may be required. Ask about long-term rental Spring and summer availability. The space Enjoy this fully furnished, eighth-floor, luxury condominium with a lovely, picturesque view of the Sugar Mountain ski area. Our Condominium has every amenity you will need. It includes two queen beds, an air mattress, a Pack'n Play available on request, a full kitchen, a dining room, high-speed private internet(45/45 MBPS), cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Don't forget your bathing suit to enjoy the indoor pool, hot tubs, or sauna! The kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig coffee maker. The high-speed internet is provided through Spectrum. The secure, private internet connection within the unit will allow you to check your email and stream video without any issues. There is a smart TV in the masterbedroom. Your personal streaming device can be added to the TV in the livingroom. Guest access As our guest here at Sugar Mountain Luxury Resort, you will have access to the indoor heated swimming pool, two separate hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and exercise room. Parking and shuttle services are free as well. Other things to note Parking is plentiful and free. The top-most lot is reserved for owners. Guest parking is in the lower lots. A 24-hour shuttle service is available to transport guests' drivers to and from their cars. Winter guests, be aware of road conditions and that 4-wheel or chains may be required. There is also the possibility of road closures. Come prepared for inclement weather. Please be aware that during the holiday season, the wait time to check in may be longer than usual.
