Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot. 4) Quiet time after 10 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise after 10 pm. 5) Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals. 6) We do not have reserve car parking however street parking is easily available nearby the apartment. 7) All information to reach the house, directions, caretaker’s contact details and house guide will be share one day prior to your arrival. 8) As per government norms we require guests to submit an ID proof photo after booking confirmation.
