This is a perfect cottage for all seasons, spring, summer and winter. The space This cozy home has three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Primary bedroom and guest bedroom upstairs with one bedroom down. Large living and dinning room for families and friends to hang out near the kitchen. In the back you have a gorgeous covered patio deck that you can sit out during all hours of the day. There is no fenced yard but there is a grass area, along with an above ground fire pit to sit around and enjoy. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note Please no large parties, this is a family friendly home located on a quiet street. Neighbours are absolutely lovely people and we hope that you please respect the cottage and leave it as you found it.
