A lovely garden room with en suite and patio doors onto decking. Ideal for Paddock Wood half marathon runners as walking distance to start. Paddock Wood ,a rural market town with only short walk to station, London Bridge in 40 minutes. We also offer another double room, with use of the cloakroom, need to share the ensuite shower so ideal for friends or families. Utility room next door has amenities to prep a meal or hot drink, make toast and a fridge and microwave. pet friendly Parking . The space We offer two double rooms for families and friends, or alternatively one double room with en suite. The garden room has direct access to the decking area. Guest access The bedrooms are downstairs, utility room is next to your room , where you can make tea and coffee and toast . Also can use decking area if required or if you want to smoke . During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed
