A private 2-bedroom apartment with its own entrance, on a quiet residential street in Brossard - 5 minutes from the Champlain Bridge and about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal. The apartment occupies its own level of a recent bi-generational home, with a private entrance of its own. Inside, an open-concept main room brings together the kitchen, dining area, and lounge - bright and social, so you can cook while staying part of the conversation. Both bedrooms sit apart from the bathroom with no shared walls, which keeps things quiet and private. With three separate sleeping areas, the layout works equally well for a family, two couples, or colleagues who each need their own bed. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests across three separate sleeping areas: - Bedroom 1 - queen bed, walk-in closet, reading lamps - Bedroom 2 - queen bed, walk-in closet, reading lamps, and the guest workspace - Main room - full-size sofa bed, comfortable for one adult KITCHEN AND MAIN LIVING AREA Open-concept space combining kitchen, dining, and lounge. The kitchen runs along one wall and is fully equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and complete dishware and cookware. Dining table with seating, plus a lounge area with a 55-inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth sound system. WORKSPACE A dedicated desk with a PC and monitor is available in Bedroom 2, with Wi-Fi at 475 Mbps - suitable for remote work, video calls, or a few days of catching up. BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY One full bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and bathtub. Towels, linens, and a hair dryer are provided. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, both new in 2025, is yours alone during your stay. FAMILY EQUIPMENT A Pack 'N Play is always available at the apartment, included with your stay. A folding high chair with a food tray is available on request, also included. CLIMATE CONTROL Central air conditioning and heating are controlled from the main thermostat upstairs. We keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature and are happy to adjust it - just message us. The thermostats inside the apartment control the electric baseboard heaters only. PARKING AND ACCESS One parking space is included, in the driveway in front of the garage. Street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. Park in the driveway, then walk through the gate on the right side of the house. Your door is in the fenced backyard, with no stairs along the way. Inside the apartment, 8 steps lead to the main living area. Guests who find stairs difficult may want to keep this in mind. CHECK-IN Check-in is completely self-service with a keypad - no need to coordinate arrival times or meet anyone. You can arrive any time after 4:00 p.m. We are available by message, text, or phone throughout your stay and usually reply within the hour. GETTING AROUND The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the door, with service to Terminus Panama, where you can connect directly to the REM light rail into downtown Montreal. Uber and taxi service are readily available in the area. Quartier DIX30 is about 5 minutes away by car, and downtown Montreal about 15 minutes. Please note that the REM station is not within walking distance. If you plan to rely on public transit, allow time for the bus connection. CYCLISTS The Route Verte cycling path runs right by the property. Secure indoor bicycle storage is available on request - please message us in advance so we can arrange it. GOOD TO KNOW - The person who books must be 24 or older and must stay at the property - Quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. - Two exterior security cameras: one monitors the shared driveway, the other the entrance door of the guest suite - Pets are generally not accepted, but exceptions may be considered on request. Guests consistently mention how clean, comfortable, and well-equipped the space is. We host year-round and usually reply within the hour.
