There are however other apartments in the building and hence common outside areas like the compound is shared with other tenants in the building. Each apartment however have individual water tanks to pump in water into each apartment and also reserve and exclusive car park space for each apartment. I am always available to answer all guest questions and so is my reliable co-host who lives within the premises at the BQ inorder to able to provide prompt responses and services to our guests. I love this neighbourhood. First because everyone minds their own businesses but then also vert friendly and helpful when needed. There are a few security men who have been living in the security house for years now, it's nothing to worry about because it only improves security and adds layers to making the building impregnable against criminal elements and overall security wise. Furthermore, this apartment is right at the nucleus or center of downtown Abuja where everything happens.
