Beautiful apartment with direct access to the gorgeous Spiaggia Bianca beach, located in the exclusive Pedra Rosa village, shared pool and stunning views of the bay. The space The apartment has a double room with big wardrobe, a two single-bed room with wardrobe, a living room with sleeping couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and a service balcony. Outdoor, the patio has exterior furnishing, including table, chairs. The lovely garden is a breath of fresh air during Sardinian summer evenings. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, barbecue, kitchen tools, TV 40', sunbeds, bed linen, bath towels, mosquito nets, air conditioning in the living room refreshing the whole apartment. The beach is only 100 metres from the apartment and you can reach it with a short walk through a safe, private, paved path with wide, easy steps. The beach (white sand and the most pristine waters), has a wide "free" area and also 2 kiosks with lifeguards and sunbed/umbrella rental services. It is possible to rent a boat/kayak at the beach. With a short and scenic walk (10mins), you will be able to access the adjacent Cala Sassari and some hidden, private beaches that are always shielded by the wind. The apartment is located on the ground floor (very accessible) and is part of a small and quiet residential complex (16 units). The shared pool, open 15 May - 15 October, has a stunning 270 degrees view of the bay, located right in front of the island of Tavolara, between Olbia and Goldo Aranci. It is necessary to have a car / motorbike to reach the closest villages/cities (Golfo Aranci is 3km away, Olbia is 12km away). Two shaded parking spots are assigned to the apartment and located right in front of the entrance. The strategic location allows to easily reach, by car/motorbike, the famous surrounding areas (Marinella 10 min, Porto Rotondo 15 min, Portisco 15 min, San Pantaleo 20 min, Costa Smeralda 25 min, Poltu Quatu 35 min, Porto Cervo 40 min). Olbia Airport and Olbia Harbor are 15-20 mins away. IMPORTANT: the cost of cleaning (80€) and linen+towels (20€ per person) will have to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Additional linen+towels can be provided for an extra cost. Equipment for infant/baby can be rented.
