Relax at this beautiful 5 bedroom lake house on Thagards Lake in Whispering Pines NC. The water is warm, lots of kayaks, canoes, bikes, fishing, golf cart to to explore lake areas. 15 minute drive to historic Pinehurst and the quaint town of Southern Pines. Lots of golf courses available and fun things to do! We only allow service pets at our lakehouse. The space The home welcomes you with a bright, open living space featuring a cozy fireplace in the cooler winter months. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large screened in back porch or the wrap-around open back deck soaking in the quietness and panoramic views of the lake. The gorgeous spacious kitchen is fully equipped to handle all of your cooking needs! There are five bedrooms with one being a bunkroom for kids to enjoy (with toys!) and the master bedroom with private bathroom and beautiful views of the lake from your cozy, king-size bed. Three other bedrooms feature another king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen and the final bedroom with two twin beds in the lower level, and three more full bathrooms. Lake toys, fishing poles, life jackets, beach towels, sunscreen and bug spray are prepped and ready for your visit and can be found in the utility room near bunkroom on first floor. We also have a golf cart for exploring the areas around the lake. The home offers many amenities including washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and bedding provided. Fast WI-FI, first floor and downstairs living rooms with TVs and Fire Sticks to stream. Kayaks and paddles are provided to make your stay on the lake adventurous! Whether you are looking to relax on the lake or play 18 holes at the area's finest golf courses, this lakefront retreat is perfect for you and your guests! We only allow service pets to stay inside the lakehouse. This home is professionally cleaned by a third party cleaning company. Guest access All areas of the home are available.
