The space Villa Ilda is quietly hidden in the rural hills overlooking the beautiful Kalkan Bay and the traditional Ordu Village on Turkey's famous turquoise coast. This beautiful place, which has a magnificent backdrop of the Taurus Mountains surrounded by cedar trees, is a 5-10 minute drive to the center of Kalkan, famous for its winding streets full of cube-shaped whitewashed houses. Kalkan, a small fishing village that once turned into a popular holiday resort, still retains its authentic old-world charm and is not as crowded as other Turkish holiday resorts. The city center has an elegant harbor decorated with wooden fishing boats and is surrounded by seaside restaurants offering a variety of delicious dishes. There are also traditional markets selling everything from handmade carpets to fresh local produce, as well as a sandy beach where the historic old town stretches from the sea. At night, the stars add a lyrical, fairy tale-like quality to Kalkan; you can enjoy it with a cocktail in one of the rooftop bars or on the villa's own terrace overlooking the sea. Other things to note Terms & Conditions: How is the pricing? The minimum capacity of the villa is 4 people and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Pricing is in the form of 4+. The price for 4 people is the base price. For more than 4 guests (max 6 people), an additional fee of 30 euros per guest is added to the base price. Based on the season, the base price may vary. In April, May, October, November and December, the minimum stay is 3 nights; during the June-September period, 3-7 nights. Reservations booked at least 5 months before the reservation date are subject to a 15% discount. How to choose a date when creating a reservation? It is essential that the availability is reviewed and the reservation is created starting (or at least 5 days vacant) starting from the following date of the full date. This condition is applied so that instant booking is received and availability will remain less than 5 nights gap and make it difficult to get booked. But guests are required to leave the accommodation as clean and tidy and in the same condition as they arrived. Insurance?
