All you have to do is take your towel and enjoy the sun and the sea on a private beach. The space The house is a small stone ground floor house, fully renovated. The thickness of the masonry is such that it keeps a natural coolness all the time. It consists of a large living room - dining room, where a two-seater sofa and two armchairs become a bed and is equipped with a TV. Althoughthe space is air-conditioned, there are two modern fans. The truth is that they are barely used since the fresh sea breeze makes them unnecessary. From one bedroom that has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower ( there are two more showers on the outside, one in the yard and one on the beach), there is also a brand new washing machine. It has a fast heater for hot water. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the electrical devices brand new. It also has a triple water filter filter. It has a spacious courtyard where you can park your car safely. Two huge oaks provide natural shade and coolness during the hot hours of the day. In the hammock you will relax while reading, listening to the waves. If you're into fishing, you can fish even when you're eating!! In the courtyard you will enjoy unforgettable sunrises and you will take with you wonderful photos for mementos. If you're a nature lover and looking for a quiet place to relax, Nies is the perfect place to spend your vacation! Other things to note The nearest airport is the state airport of Nea Anchialos at a distance of 31 km. Athens is 2.5-3 hours of easy driving away. The city of Volos with the green mountain of the centaurs in the background, Pelion is 65 km away. The monastery of Panagia Xenia is 25´ by car. In the village of Sourpi you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, taverns and is 5-7´ by car. In the village of Amaliapoli there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, many seaside taverns and coffee bars in an almost island environment. 15-20´ by car.
