Located in a high-end condominium on Baleia beach, less than 100 meters from the beach, this house is unlike anything you've ever seen. The "Casa do Pirata" integrates the sophistication of a modernist house with the originality of a space with history. The space The main entrance to the living room, which would be our beloved "Home Theater". The living room is decorated with a large and comfortable sofa, beautiful coffee table, armchairs, 85-inch television, eco-friendly fireplace, air conditioning, heater and a lot of warmth to welcome your friends and family. The living room communicates with the dining room and gourmet area. The dining room has a large table and buffet to serve a delicious dinner after a day at the beach and pool. Our incredible and distinctive dining room, in addition to having access to the kitchen, is also integrated with the pool and waterfall, making its environment unique, original and welcoming. With a fully equipped kitchen and gourmet island, the "Casa do Pirata" enables the integration of the kitchen, pool and dining room in the same environment. It's guaranteed fun! This same indoor pool has submerged access to the sauna, and if we continue diving and pass under the bridge, we will reach the outside of the pool and the garden. This garden has a "lounge area" with an original pirate theme. Composed of a large "beanbag," lots of shade, pillars with carved wooden skulls and our mascot "Pirate Elisabeth," another sculpture that makes up the theme, coming directly from the famous Pub "O Galeão." Our lounge area is next to the gourmet area. That is, the perfect space to relax during a party, barbecue, or simple get-together with friends. The gourmet area is fully equipped with a barbecue, Argentine and Uruguayan grills, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, round and spacious table, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Going from the dining room to the second floor, how about a tour of the "Pirate Museum"? There you will find several articles and pieces of art that were part of the history of the "Galeão". Let's go up one more floor and we'll arrive at the hallway that gives access to suites 1 and 2, and the office. Suites 1 and 2 consist of a queen size bed, air conditioning and balcony. The Pirate's house also has two more guest suites, each with a queen size bed and a single bed, with access to the "main solarium".
